About
Inspiration from Italy
Pizza Napoletano (also known as Neapolitan Pizza) brings together a simple hand stretched dough topped with high quality ingredients, and is baked at temperatures over 850 degrees Fahrenheit. Commonly eaten with a fork and knife, this pizza is light as a cloud, tender, and bursting with fresh flavors. It also yields a very soft and floppy crust, which is very polarizing to customers.
Help from New York
Papalias combines the traditional style of Pizza Napoletano with an old world NY style method to create a unique new pizza style. Our pizza remains light and balanced, but with a little more crispiness than a typical Pizza Napoletano! Take a break from the common New England pizza styles and try something new! We aspire to have fun, be original, and make some new friends along the way!

Special blend of flours, water, salt, yeast, and never any added sugar.
Possibly the most important part of the pizza, the tomatoes used in our red sauce have been carefully tested and selected to replicate a sauce made using vine-ripened tomatoes from the farm. Minimally seasoned to highlight their natural flavors, and you guessed it, no added sugar.
Minimally processed toppings, prepared in-house whenever possible. Be sure to check out our menu for a list of toppings you may find at our events.
