Pizza Napoletano (also known as Neapolitan Pizza) brings together a simple hand stretched dough topped with high quality ingredients, and is baked at temperatures over 850 degrees Fahrenheit. Commonly eaten with a fork and knife, this pizza is light as a cloud, tender, and bursting with fresh flavors.

As close to nature as possible

Possibly the most important part of the pizza, the tomatoes used in our red sauce have been carefully tested and selected to replicate a sauce made using vine-ripened tomatoes from your garden. Minimally seasoned to accentuate their natural flavors, and you guessed it, no added sugar.
